| OMG! i have never had a problem with my in laws before... then again i have never been forced to talk to her this MUCH! She doesnt seem to understand that i need time to be with B alone. She thinks she should be down here....for what? she cant do anything more than she is doing at home. She complains about going home to an empty house after work, but wait.... hasnt it been that way for 4 years!!??? if someone is going to complain about an empty house, shouldnt it be me? My husband is in the ICU, My daughter moved back to MI... I have no one at home! NO ONE! and it has never been that way, EVER! Plus shouldnt i have time with Brian? Im the one who will be caring for him everyday for the rest of our lives. Shouldnt i get used to not having help. I mean we are going to have to learn how to live, Me, Brian, Harlow and Baby Davis. Not Me, Brian, Harlow, Baby Davis and his mother! I have already thought about how when we move back to MI im going to have a note on the door that says, "NO UNANNOUNCED VISITORS...INCLUDING FAMILY!" his mom is going to end up hating me, if she doesnt knock off this act that they are so close and she needs to be there. They barely even get along. they barely talk. when he is home they barely see each other. WHAT THE FUCK!?? How am i supposed to handle her with all thats already on my plate. Now im trying to understand yes its her son. and it would be one thing if she said hey im coming down this day to this day again. so i have a count down of how long i have to handle her..... but she is talking about taking leave from work to be down here.... oh my ga!!! someone help me please!
GRRRRRRR.....

| Well we are now 4 days into this...Brian had his left chest tube taken out today. And he is doing a lot more of the breathing on his own. your can see on the monitor the little breaths he takes in between the ones he is forced to. He was also coughing a lot of stuff up on his own today, which is good. He had an ultrasound done on his legs today to make sure that the swelling wasnt due to a blood clot anywhere, and it came back negative for clots. He was pretty well sedated all day, but i got him to wake up a few times with kisses and asking nicely if he would open his eyes. And after a little work he would usually do it for me. But other than that things were pretty quiet today.
We met the guys this morning for breakfast...our new family. There was only a lil crying on our part in the beginning. We did good. They were the nicest guys ever, not that we expected anything less. and they are interested in constant updates, which they will get. and Hopefully they will be able to make it in to see Brian soon. I told them they are now family, and they had better expect to hear from us regularly. Which they had no problem with, lol.
thanks for all the love and support you are sending our way. it means more than you will ever know.

| Brian is doing awesome we are so proud of him! His vitals were stable all day today which means that as soon as they can schedule his surgery for his spine, he is in! :0) He is off both blood pressure medicines. and holding up well on his own with that.
he wasnt to responsive all day. But this evening with his dad, mom and me he was responding to our talking and had his eyes opened for us. And those are the moments we hope and pray for and what get us thru the days and nights.
Keep praying its doing wonders.
and stay positive because we are.
Love, Raelene Davis again if you need to call 616.308.3462

The day you deliver, outside will be rainy. Your baby will arrive in the morning.
After a
labor lasting approximately 5 hours, your child, a boy, will be born.
Your baby will weigh about 7 pounds, 12 ounces, and will be 20 inches
long. This child will have hazel eyes and be almost bald.
But
there is more. Although you may feel tired, your pregnancy will be over
before you are truly ready to let go of having this precious baby you
have all to yourself. I sense that you will look back and long for
these days. I suggest doing something now to preserve some memories of
this time. Many women enjoy making a belly cast. Perhaps you would be interested, too.
ok April and Nikki try this thing its FUN! i wonder how true it really will be? i hope super true...minus the 9 hour labor. lol http://pregnancyandbaby.com/pregnancy/baby/Madame-Zaritska-predicts-your-birth-experience-736.htm
